Performing the tasks and activities of daily living at home may be difficult for people with disabilities. The NDIS household tasks support is meant to promote the everyday independence of our clients while helping them learn the skills needed to carry out a variety of household duties independently. In order to achieve this:

• The participant will be assigned an NDIS support worker to assist with such activities.
• They will also be assigned support workers to help them learn the appropriate life skills

• Food preparation – We will provide NDIS support workers to help with meal preparation. In certain circumstances, you may also decide to use your core support funding to pay for the preparation and delivery of prepared meals.
• General housekeeping – This includes everything from floor scrubbing and washing to furniture cleaning and wiping, window cleaning, mopping, surface dusting, toilet/bathroom cleaning, and other tasks to make and keep your home clean and safe for the residents. This can be done on a daily or weekly basis, depending on your requirements.
• Steam carpet cleaning – Over time, carpets accumulate dust, dirt, hair, stains, and germs. We can clean your carpets once in a while or as needed, using both vacuum and steam cleaning methods to remove dirt and make them look clean and safe for your family members, children, pets, and so on.
• Cleaning the garden – You may be unable to properly care for your plants and gardens if you are disabled. But that doesn’t mean your garden/s can go without attention. Our dedicated NDIS Garden maintenance services will take care of your property gardens’ cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Laundry – Laundry is an important part of regular home cleaning and maintenance. So, it’s covered in our NDIS services. Our staff will machine wash your clothes, sheets, blankets, blinds, etc. on a regular basis, rinse and iron them, and fold and arrange them properly so you can easily access them when you need them.
• Dish washing – clean dishes are important from a health perspective as well as aesthetics. Clearing the pile of dirty dishes in your sink can be easily done by our team so that you have clean plates to have your meals on. Besides, a clean and organised kitchen can stimulate a good appetite.
• Decluttering Services – Aside from cleaning, it is critical to keep your home well-managed and organised so that you can easily find and access items when and where you need them.
• Changing bed linen – It is important to periodically change your bed linens. Soiled bed linens are unhealthy and unpleasant to lie on. Plus, fresh linen can help you relax better as you take a nap or settle in for the night.
