I connected with WELCARE in 2023, simply through a Google search, while looking for a quality provider within a designated area.

After contacting WELCARE, we commenced discussions for community access for one of my NDIS clients. With clear processes and excellent staff training, my client is still connected with her same support workers.

Moving on to SIL accommodation for other clients with very complex supports, this required WELCARE again. They commenced staff training, held regular care team meetings, and maintained communication with the family. This client has continued to grow, with her behaviours having decreased due to the excellent daily support.
